The units are upscale and very nicely furnished. You may or may not be able to park your car in the garage, depending on the owner. The property is very similar to the Palm Villas in terms of the unit layouts and designs. Some condos are 2-story townhouses; other 2-bedroom units have a loft area that can be used as a third bedroom with limited privacy. You have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club if you stay here. There are no views--you either look at the pool or you look at the lava. 2/2 units (1,100 sq. ft.) are $255-$400. 2/2 + loft units (1,320 sq. ft.) are $275-$450. 3/3s (1,724-1,911 sq. ft.) are $300-$500. 3-night minimum.
