39 units, pool, a/c, elevator, free Wi-Fi by pool, bbq. Broken into two wings (the short wing and the long wing) with no grounds. Rooms are pleasant and clean, and the living rooms and the bedrooms both face the water. Many units have been updated. The pool's so close to the ocean you’'ll get sprayed on big surf days. Rooms ending with 07 and 08 have bedrooms that face each other, affording less privacy. The solid gold value is because of their stellar ocean proximity. 1/1s (648-696 sq. ft.) are $140-$175. ($20 gets you a pretty nice wraparound lanai.) 3- or 5-night minimum.
