21 units, pool, spa, central a/c, free Wi-Fi, free local and long distance calls to the mainland, washer/dryer in unit, elevator in the back building only. These 3-story buildings finished in 2008 sit right across the street from Kahalu'u Beach Park and have some decent ocean views from most units. The units share a similar decor and are pleasant. They have large showers in each bathroom, but no tubs. In a fit of bad design planning, they made some very high sinks in the bathrooms. So high, in fact, that some owners have included a stepstool. Even though the units are close to the road, noise should not be an issue with the central a/c. Overall, not a bad spot close to a nice beach. 1/1 units (725 sq. ft.) are $168-$225. 2/2 units (972-1,075 sq. ft.) are $247-$300. 3/3 units (1,174 sq. ft.) are $273-$330. The back building has all 2-bedroom units. 3-night minimum.
