48 units, 2 pools (one shallower for kids), washer/dryer in unit. Grounds are nice, rates are acceptable. Bedrooms aren't entirely shut off in some cases; 2-story townhouse layouts are preferable. Although it's refreshing to be able to park right next to your unit, you're confronted with stairs (up or down) as soon as you walk in the front door. Overall, adequate. 1/1 units (600-950 sq. ft.) are $85-$132, 2/2 units (around 1,000 sq. ft.) are $107-$160. 5-night minimum.
