155 rooms, pool, small spa, washer/dryer in oceanfront units only (others use coin-op laundry), free Wi-Fi in the lobby, bbq, elevators. With some units on both sides of Alii Drive, the oceanfront units can be a very good deal, depending on who you rent from. The complex is run by Castle Resorts (the top phone numbers), but units rented from SunQuest (second set of numbers) can offer dramatically cheaper rates. Bear in mind that with the latter you won't get daily maid service. Units are smallish, but the views are excellent. The pool is annoyingly located behind the main building and you probably won't want to use it. Units across the street are not worth the discount--go for oceanfront. Castle Resort prices for studios are $210, 1/2s are $230-$260, 2/2s (808 sq. ft.) are $360, 3/2s (1,075 sq. ft.) are $460. Property Network has units here. Castle has the most, but they're overpriced.
