It's a great book, very helpful...I checked out every reasonably current guidebook in our library and studied more of them at the bookstore. Yours was the only one I actually bought. The thing that made it a sale, beyond your "tell it like it is" approach and your sense of humor, was your maps. I'm very fussy about my maps, and I don't need to tell you there are lots of bad ones out there. And putting those mile posts on yours is one of those touches that seems obvious, once you think about it, but they are seldom included. 140 units, a/c, pool and spa, bbq, Wi-Fi in the lobby. Designed more like a hotel than a condo (but rooms are individually owned), these basic rooms lack a kitchen. Just a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Some units were in need of updating upon this visit. They have a rating system from 1 to 5. You may want to spring for a 1 and avoid anything rated from 3-5. The number listed above is for the on-site rental agent. 1/1 rooms (372 sq. ft.) are $69-$109.
