76 units, pool, free Wi-Fi in most units (especially those closest to building A), a/c in most, washer/dryer in unit, bbq. Very small, but for the price it's a great deal. Units are extra clean, and the complex is oceanfront with very pleasant grounds. There's a small sandy area with bbqs sprinkled about. Check out the genuine oceanfront saltwater pool next door mentioned on page 62. Units are 566 sq. ft. (That number was achieved by counting the squares of linoleum--hey, whatever it takes.) 1/1 units are $95-$135. 5-night minimum.
