102 units, 2 tennis counts, bbq, a/c, pool and spa, Internet access in some, washer/dryer in unit. Units are smallish, but the price is decent. The grounds are pleasant. Only buildings 1 and 6 will get you close to the ocean; consider springing for them. End units are certainly the most desirable. Building 4 units ending in 01 or 06 have their views blocked by the buildings in front of them. If you are in building 1 or 2, expect to park far from your unit. 1/1 units (687 sq. ft.) are $109-$143, 1/1s with lofts are $114-$148, 2/2 units (1,115 sq. ft.) are $124-$335. 5-night minimum.
