124 rooms, pool, a/c, Internet access in some, washer/dryer in unit, elevators, bbq. This condo is located just up the hill from the main part of Kona town. There are not many views from these 5 buildings that vary up to 7-stories high. Buildings A and B have some partial ocean views from even numbered rooms. Get a higher floor for a better view. The units from the first set of numbers are decent, and some have been updated very nicely. All units are large with pleasing layouts, but units we saw from the second set of numbers needed a lot of work. 1/2 units (900 sq. ft) are $102-$179. 2/3 units (1,194 sq. ft.) are $123-$178. 5-night minimum.
