Located near Punalu'u Beach. 76 units, pool and spa, lanais, Wi-Fi in a few, golf course, bbq, washer/dryer in some or coin-op laundry. This condo complex is in the heart of SeaMountain, a very remote region in the southern part of the island. The grounds are pleasant. Think of this as an alternative place to stay if you want to explore Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park (28 miles away) but still want to stay near the shoreline where it's more tropical (though the units are not beachside). It's quiet and peaceful. Lots of stairs at this property and some in the units themselves. The prices used to be very good, but the local management office closed and now the prices feel high to us. Studios (475 sq. ft.) are $133–$142, 1/1 units (700 sq. ft.) are $161–$172, 2/2s (1,000 sq. ft.) are $175–$190. 2-night minimum.
