120 units, 2 pools, 2 spas, a/c, free fitness room, free hi-speed Internet access, washer/dryer in unit, most units have a bbq on the lanai and by the pools, garages (which you'll probably get to use, depending on the owner), 8 nights or longer get weekly maid service. Finished in 2008, this property has 16 2-story buildings. The units are upscale and nicely furnished. The resort is very similar to the Fairway Villas and Waikoloa Colony Villas in terms of the layouts and designs. Some condos are 2-story townhouses; other 2-bedroom units have a loft area that can be used as a third bedroom with limited privacy, still others are single story. There are no views here, and despite the name, you are far from the beach at this resort. 2/2 and 2/2s with loft units (1,103-1,460 sq. ft.) are $209-$355. 3/3s (1,633-1,762 sq. ft.) are $339-$555. These rates are too high, but you probably can get a package discount. 2-night minimum.
